Patron: Limited number of books/resources in the library for borrowing

Library: Title is main prescribed text. Students are required to purchase own copy.

Library: Main prescribed texts are available only for short term loan (4 hrs / overnight & weekend loan).

Patron: Books should be able to be on loan for more than 4 hours.

Patron: Library is too crowded all the time with nowhere to sit. It needs to be expanded.

Library: In addition to the study tables in the library at level 2, more study tables are available at library extension, Annex Building Level 1.

Patron: No Library group study rooms / insufficient studying areas.
 
Library: There are 6 Library group study rooms available for student use. Students can book these rooms via "My Library Account" 14 days in advance.

Patron: Air-condition is too cold in the Library.
 
Library: The existing central air condition in the Library makes it difficult to maintain a temperature that is comfortable for everyone. Library will monitor and feedback to Estates.

Patron: Are the PCs in the Library with Microsoft Office?
 
Library: All the Library PCs have been installed with Microsoft Office Application 2010. In addition to that, the Library has 7 notebooks installed with Microsoft Office Application 2010.

Patron: The Library is getting too noisy on the side with the link entrance to the Photocopy room.
 
Library: Library staff will be doing roaming at regular intervals to closely monitor / control noise level in the Library.
